Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

For any complain, you need to  do this within 48 hrs after confirmation of delivery and outfits need to return after 2-5 days of delivery

Refunds are issued when the item is faulty,damage,you are entitled to full refund or replacement.We will cover the return postage.

If you are returning for any other reason (wrong size,change of mind)you will need to cover the return shipping cost. 

Regarding sizing issues, while we do not offer refund or amendment. We are pleased to facilitate exchanges for alternative sizes ,provide the desired design remains in stock.

If not available ,customers may select an alternative design of equivalent value or settle any price differences .

Kindly note the exchange related ship costs are the responsibility of the customers.

For exchange ,garments must be  unused ,unworn,unwashed and free from any damage,stains or fragrances .

The product tag must remain and items should be return in its original packaging.
